About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Esther and my counselling practice is based in Widnes.
Living with anxiety and depression can often leave people feeling lonely, unheard, overwhelmed or misunderstood which is why it is so important to reach out and get support. I will work with you in order to provide that support and make sure that your therapy is tailored to your requirements.
I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding when it comes supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, phobias and trauma. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk through your concerns, fears and worries.
I am experienced in working with clients who have chronic or invisible illnesses, and will adapt sessions and timings to ensure they meet your specific needs.
I am an integrative therapist which means that I can utilise different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy or Person Centered in order help and support you.
I have a dedicated therapy room where I hold face to face sessions, but I also provide remote sessions via Zoom or Teams and telephone sessions are also available.
Whichever way you decide to have your sessions, I aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel valued and heard.

Each session lasts 50 minutes
I offer concessions for - trainee counsellors and NHS staff
My therapy room is on the ground floor with access to a toilet.
