About me and my therapy practice
The main focus of my training was Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. Though I use an integrative approach. As well as TA I am trained as a Trauma-Focused Therapist and Neuroscience practitioner. I also offer spiritual direction as a Spiritual Counsellor where I utilise key concepts from A Course in Miracles. CBT and Mindfullness Based Therapy are used to support all areas of my practise . My ethos is helping people process and integrate experiences they are finding difficult to manage, with healing as the focus. I am also trained in other approaches which support my flexibility when helping people.
Over the last 11 years and I have had the privilege of helping many people. I have helped people overcome difficulties in their relationships, and have helped people cope with issues like anxiety, depression and managing trauma. I have also supported people towards healing various forms of addiction and many other issues. My practice is situated in the center of Birmingham and easily accessible.
