About me and my therapy practice
I am offering discounted, online and telephone counselling during the Covid-19 pandemic, from 8 am until 11 pm. Isolation, anxiety, frustration, fear and financial pressure may be weighing heavily and it is better to deal with them as they are experienced. Talking with a trained therapist will help and I can give you a range of practical coping mechanisms to use in your own home.
A trusting relationship forms the basis of my counselling work.
I integrate several types of therapy to guide you through a process of self awareness and greater control. I am trained in Person Centred and Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt techniques and Transactional Analysis theory. Basically this means that I have a wide range of concepts and practical skills which can be adapted to each unique client situation at any given time.
