About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, registered with the BACP. Within my private practice, in the West End of Glasgow, I offer a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings and experiences, helping you to make sense of things.
I know first hand how difficult life can be when we feel overwhelmed and think there is nowhere to turn. Talking to a therapist openly can help.
I offer non-directive therapy, encouraging, supporting and guiding you through your process of self-discovery.
Person-centered therapy enables you to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, you will discover your own solutions.
Asking for help takes courage and considering therapy may feel daunting. Having a space to talk, to be listened to, where you're met with support, acceptance and understanding can really help.
If you want to arrange an appointment, or if you perhaps just want to have a chat about how therapy might help, please do get in touch.
