About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Andreas and I'm an integrative psychotherapist specializing in helping people with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I am trained in CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic models and tailor therapy to the individual needs of each person.
I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I've worked as a therapist in the NHS, for charities, in private practice and I am experienced with online and telephone therapy. I am also trained to help people struggling with stress, panic attacks, shame, anger, bereavement, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues.
I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can feel free to talk about your concerns without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings to help you recognize unhelpful habits, resolve painful feelings and build better ways of coping and communicating.
Beginning therapy is a big step towards improving your mental health and leading a more fulfilling life. I offer both short and long-term therapy, which will depend upon your individual needs and goals. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in management and teaching. These experiences have allowed me to understand how hard it can be to struggle with personal issues while working in demanding and competitive environments.
