About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Andreas and I'm an integrative psychotherapist specializing in helping people with anxiety, depression and anger. I combine CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic models to tailor therapy to the individual needs of each client.
I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I've worked as a therapist in the NHS, for charities, in private practice and I am experienced with online and telephone therapy. I am also trained to help people struggling with stress, panic attacks, shame, bereavement, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues.
I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can feel free to talk about your concerns without fear of judgment. We can explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings to help you make more sense of your current problems. With greater self-awareness, you will have the opportunity to change how you respond to these difficulties and build better ways of coping.
Beginning therapy is a big step towards improving your mental health and leading a more fulfilling life. Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviours and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more. In our first session, we will spend some time getting to know one another. You don't have to leap into your deepest darkest secrets immediately. I offer both short and long-term therapy, which will depend upon your individual needs and goals.
