About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome. Do you feel that your problems are becoming too much for you to bear on your own, and you need to find a way to share them? Perhaps you are facing a difficult time in your life, feeling overwhelmed by emotions so that you can't see a way forward. Or it might be that nothing in your life has changed and yet you still have a feeling of sadness when going about everyday things. By providing you with a safe, confidential space in which to talk and to be truly heard, I will help you to explore your concerns and to feel more empowered in your responses to them.
How I Can Help
As a qualified Humanistic counsellor, I offer a gentle, compassionate, non-judgemental approach to problem solving and healing. I work in a way that is flexible in order to suit your individual needs.
Your Next Step
You have taken the first important step by looking for a potential counsellor. If you would like to know more about how I can help, I would be delighted to hear from you. Please do contact me to discuss your needs in more detail and to see if the therapy I offer could be of use to you.
Practice description
I have a secure, purpose-built room which is designed to be a welcoming and confidential space.
As well as face-to-face, I am also able to offer sessions either online or by telephone, depending on your preference.
I welcome enquiries from people on the autism spectrum and would be happy to discuss how I can adjust my practice to make it more accessible for your individual needs.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation which is an opportunity for you to assess whether counselling is right for you. We will explore together what you hope to achieve from attending counselling and in what ways the therapy that I offer meets your expectations. This also allows both of us to discover if we feel comfortable about working with each other.
If you choose to continue with further sessions, I encourage regular feedback on how the work is progressing to help you gain the most from it.

About me and my therapy practice
At the heart of my supervision practice is a commitment to creating a safe, collaborative space where you can reflect, grow and feel both supported and gently challenged - in service of providing the best possible care to your clients.
I draw on a number of supervision models and my work is grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework. My relational and integrative approach values your unique identity, experience, and way of working.
Supervision with me is an active, evolving process - where uncertainty, vulnerability and even mistakes are welcomed as opportunities for growth. My intention is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, developing your clinical thinking and sustaining your ethical practice. I hold the belief that both supervisor and supervisee are always in process, learning from and with each other.
If you’re looking for supervision that is reflective, relational, ethically grounded and responsive to who you are as a practitioner and a person, I would be pleased to hear from you.
