About me and my therapy practice
For 14 years I have been a full time Psychotherapist, Family Practitioner, Clinical Supervisor, NVR parenting programme lead and accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and member of AFT (Association of Family Therapy). I base my practice on working with the internal world of the client to facilitate personal growth and reach their goals. I am able to adapt my knowledge in different theoretical approaches to meet my clients presenting issues. Together client and therapist can identify triggers to negative thoughts, unhelpful narratives and relationship/ family cycles which may be effecting the here and now. I believe in understanding what motivates our behaviour rather than treating it without the understanding of why it manifested. My systemic training enables me to work with family based issues both past and present.
My face to face work is based in Dulwich and I also work online. I keep my therapeutic knowledge up to date revolving with world around me.
I have taught counselling students in their 1st year of counselling training but now I privately supervise trainees. I am a published author. You can find my published papers on the BACP website and within AFT context magazine. I supervisee a number of charities and school offering mental health support.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Family Practitioner, Supervisor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am a supervisor for two charities working with vulnerable under 25 year olds, I supervise a number of different schools in different boroughs, I supervise at a training college and within my own private practice of counsellors working both in private and the public sector.
within my private practice, I work with adults, couples, families and children, where I hold an additional Diplomas in counselling families, Children and Adolescents. My offices are based in Dulwich. Alongside my private practice I also teach adults on their first year of counselling training.
I believe passionately that providing a safe and confidential environment enables people to identify the issues which are causing them distress and jointly work towards enhanced self understanding and development.
In 2016 I became a published author and have written a number of articles for the BACP. You can find my published papers on the BACP website. As well as my private practice, I also work as the lead clinician in a busy therapy department, managing a multidisciplinary team.
