About me and my therapy practice
I support clients on a range of issues but not limited to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress and bereavement. The relationship is the centre of my work, I use therapeutic knowledge and adapt this to suit the person I am working with.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals 18+ to help them recognise unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that negatively impact their life and the quality of their relationships.
As a Registered BACP therapist I offer you the space to talk in a confidential relaxed atmosphere to help you make the changes you desire.
If you want to gain insight to your thoughts and feelings, talk about your worries to lift a burden or find different ways of thinking then therapy may be for you. Clients I have worked with have enjoyed the experience and been able to find a better balance to life.

About me and my therapy practice
I work with individual supervisees face to face online and telephone.
The focus of my practice is relational staying curious to where you are on your journey.
If you are you looking for a trusting relationship with your supervisor then please get in touch.
I offer an environment where my supervisees feel able to discuss their clinical concerns, your welfare and the welfare of your clients are given priority.
The relationship is at the centre of my work and I adapt my approach to suit your needs. Overall I create a supervisory space for you to reflect on your work, recognise your capabilities support your clients and grow as a practitioner.
Practice description
After completing a Person Centred course at Stockport College I then studied Transactional Analysis at South Manchester Centre for Psychotherapy.
I have worked for several mental health charities and I now work in private practice supporting clients on a range of issues but not limited to: anxiety, depression, low self- esteem and bereavement. I use my therapeutic knowledge and adapt this in a way to suit the individual I am working with.
