About me and my therapy practice
I have experience in helping adults with many difficult aspects of life
It is a common when reaching out for professional help that you may feel like it’s weakness or you are failing - often we feel we should be able to manage on our own so as not to show vulnerability. I believe it is brave to ask for help and a positive step towards healing.
Everyone is unique so I bring a flexible approach to our sessions, whether that is on a short or long term basis. I welcome diversity and have a special interest in dyslexia and its effects on life.
I work in a confidential, safe space where we can explore together where you are at the moment and where you would like to be.
I am working on Zoom at the moment.
My first sessionIf you would like to meet with me to discuss how counselling might help you please call or email me and I will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
All calls and e-mails are treated as strictly confidential.
The first appointment is an opportunity for us to meet and decide whether my services could be of help to you and whether you wish to book further sessions.
I work both remotely and face to face from my West London therapy rooms.
At the moment with Covid I am only working remotely.
