About me and my therapy practice

COVID-19 Update*

  • I offer all clients the option to meet online via Zoom
  • I have allocated additional slots outside of my schedule, still within my capacity, to offer 2 free appointments each week to frontline NHS staff
  • Grounding exercise to regulate your anxiety can be found on my blog - www.being-with.co.uk

Drawing from experience I know that looking for a counsellor can be hard. I made the information available here as straightforward as I could. Once you contact me we set up a reduced rate initial session with no obligation to continue. This will be a chance for us to see what brings you to counselling, how it may support you and explore the possibility of working together.

Starting counselling is an empowering step. I see one of my tasks as helping you to feel at ease, providing you with an intentional space set aside to reflect on how you're doing and where you're heading in your life.

I have experience working with people whose difficulties are around their identities as well as with people whose identities are completely incidental to what they wish to seek support for. I'm passionate about seeing people becoming who they are and integrating parts of themselves they previously haven't accepted.

Outside of private practice, I'm currently involved in research.

I work bilingually in English and in Hungarian.
