Availability

I work Monday to Thursday.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer all clients the option to meet online via Zoom as well as in-person in Bank, close to London Bridge.

Drawing from experience I know that looking for a therapist can be hard. I made the information available here as straightforward as I could. Once you contact me we set up a reduced rate initial session with no obligation to continue. This will be a chance for us to see what brings you to therapy, how it may support you and explore the possibility of working together.

Starting therapy is an empowering step. I see one of my tasks as helping you to feel at ease, providing you with an intentional space set aside to reflect on how you're doing and where you're heading in your life.

I have experience working with people whose difficulties are around their identities as well as with people whose identities are completely incidental to what they wish to seek support for. I'm passionate about seeing people becoming who they are and integrating parts of themselves they previously haven't accepted.
Outside of private practice, I'm a guest lecturer on Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity as well as a peer reviewer of the British Gestalt Journal.

I work bilingually in English and in Hungarian.

Practice description

I am approachable, and clear about how I work and how I may be able to help you. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-racist, (non)Gender and LGBTQIA+ affirmative.
