About me and my therapy practice

I offer three levels of therapy. Life coaching, counselling and psychotherapy in many areas of experiences and trauma. I have studied for 6 years at Leeds Beckett University at Masters level. I committed for another 5 years with gaining deeper knowledge and wisdom from continuing my own psychotherapy and personal development. Interlinking my own story with research, psychotherapy and spiritualism. I have written 5 books. First one published in 2019. All 5 books will be published by 2023.

I am an expert in relational dynamics, infidelity, sexual, emotional, mental and physical abuse & Narcissistic personality disorder. What makes me an expert? Knowledge, personal experience, my own personal healing and the wisdom I have gained.

I understand your fears of opening up, of feeling too much, of thinking too much and judgements of what others will think of you. I understand as I have been where you are. What I will say is I am so thankful to myself for pushing myself through my fears to find the right therapist for me.

I believe we all have our own answers we just need someone to really listen to us emotionally and mentally. Someone to bounce off, to walk with us in seeking our own individual personal understanding.  That is why I offer a free half an hour consultation to see if you can connect with me as a therapist and the therapy I use.

Practice description

I am very warm, open and honest. I believe we all have a story, every ones story is important and everyone should be heard and seen within their life experiences.

I believe every client has the power to heal or change themselves as I did and I have watched my clients do it. I just needed that honest, loving, accepting therapist to sit with me when I cried or got angry and wounder with me when I felt confused while I was trying to figure myself out and find my truth within my story.

My first session

I find that clients are wanting different things from therapy.

Some clients want to try to understand deeper why behavioural patterns are not changing and painful experiences keep resurfacing.

Other clients want to focus on specific areas.

Some clients want to get to the core of subconscious childhood beliefs so they can become master of self.

The first session is to identify what you are wanting to get from therapy. You don't know, that's OK too. Some clients just figure it out as they go along or their goals and ideas change.
