About me and my therapy practice
I am registered and accredited by BACP. I offer an individual integrative humanistic therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important element of counselling. My main focus is to create a safe and confidential space based on trust and understanding.
I have been trained in a number of different approaches therefore I can adapt my style to my client’s individual personality and needs and the initial consultation is where this can be decided if you feel comfortable working with me.
I have extensive experience working with addictions, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) especially childhood trauma and loss. I used to run a counselling service within the Drug and Alcohol Charity in London. I currently work for NHS and I run my own private practice in Crawley offering individual and couple therapy.
Additionally I offer a clinical supervision for counsellors and trainees.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision for trainee counsellors and qualified therapists. My approach is humanistic, integrative. I provide a safe confidential space where you can explore your client work as well as the impact it has on you.
I have had an extensive experience working at at the Drug & Alcohol rehabilitation program at Turning Point where I provided individual and group supervision for students and qualified counsellors. Additionally I work for an IAPT service where I provide a clinical supervision for IAPT counsellors.
