About me and my therapy practice
I realise that it isn’t easy to reach out for help, especially when the person we reach to is a stranger.
I am always mindful of this each time I start working with someone new. I am also mindful that trust needs to develop within the therapeutic relationship for me to truly assist you in rediscovering your own ability to find the solutions to your issues.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive approach that is respectful of every individuals unique and specific journey to arriving here, at this point in their lives. I am able to adapt my way of working in order to meet their specific needs and so enable them to begin to move forward.

I am passionate about helping people to connect with that part of themselves that may feel stuck, in order to reconnect with the psychologically healthier part of themselves that is temporarily hidden to them at this time in their lives.
