My usual working days are Monday and Tuesday 9.30-2pm and Wednesday and Thursday 9.30-5pm.
My phone is off and out of office is on during the weekend and annual leave. So I will return to any enquiries upon my return to work.

Based in central Bath, I am a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor who works with you to find solutions and coping strategies as you journey towards a more confident self. Counselling offers the potential for directing your own future, to take control and to establish a more satisfying and rewarding way of living. This exploratory process encourages an honesty and openness that leads to greater personal insight and understanding, so that you may begin to view yourself and your issues in a different light. My work is influenced by the traditions of humanistic, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based practices. This approach enables me to work in a way that is right for you, respecting your pace and depth of work. The relational aspect of my approach works with the dynamics of the relationship we develop. My aim is to build a strong relationship between us both, and to offer a confidential and safe space where you can speak freely about your concerns and areas of your life that might feel difficult to discuss with friends and family.
