About me and my therapy practice

I can provide a counselling relationship which will allow you to feel safe enough to explore your challenges and problems. My aim is for us to develop a secure, trusting and confidential relationship, where you feel able to relate and explore. We will work at your pace and address your issues in a way that fits with your individual process and needs. Once you are able to voice your inner troubles, you can begin to find clarity.

I have witnessed people change and grow in ways that they and others did not expect or hope for. I have worked with those who feel there is a lack or void in their everyday life which they wish to understand. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can feel free to explore your particular issues, find insight and work to fill the void. I believe that it is the therapeutic relationship itself which will bring about change.

In addition to my private work I also offer supervision for a charity and teach counselling supervision.

I also have previous extensive experience working with individuals in teaching, management, advice and support.
