About me and my therapy practice

I actively listen with acceptance, patience and attentiveness as you consider your thoughts, feelings and circumstances. Together we can explore what you want, in the way which enables you to make empowered decisions towards enhancing your sense of wellbeing and fulfilment.

My approach is one of ‘there can be a way where there seems to be no way’.

I am a graduate counsellor and a senior practitioner mentor/coach. My training has included Bereavement, Children and Young People, aspects of mental health – including trauma and dissociation;  mentoring and coaching, ethics, spiritual formation and direction.

I have experience of working with a variety of age ranges (14-85+) and issues, including anxiety and depression, personality disorders including narcissism, addictions, shame, self-harm, suicidal tendencies, marriage and family issues, male and female domestic abuse, sexuality, bereavement, work-related and academic difficulties and health issues – including chronic pain, and life limiting illness.

Practice description

Each person is uniquely valuable and responds in an individual way to life events and concerns. As such, there are many ways to seek, to learn, to heal and to grow; or to simply ‘be’.

Counselling, coaching and spiritual exploration provide a safe space for you to use, as you need, to gain insight and perspective into your situation within a relationship of equality, respect and trust.

My first session

My first session is 1hr face-to-face or online where I usually take an assessment and/or use the information you provide to complete an assessment to ascertain your needs. And for you to see if I am a good fit for you.

Together we complete the assessment and agree the terms for future engagement.

This session has a reduced fee of £30
