About me and my therapy practice
There are times when we may feel overwhelmed or find life difficult . Maybe trying to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks or relationship issues. Sometimes we may want to get to know and understand ourselves more and explore how we really want to live our lives.
Being able to get support during these exceptionally challenging time can be really helpful .
Telephone or on line therapy can provide real support if you are feeling overwhelmed, or isolated and lonely, worried about your health or experiencing difficulties in your relationships with partners or family members.
I also provide Mindfulness Based Approaches including MBSR/MBCT for individuals and groups and Mindfulness Based Compassion Approaches. I am trained in Self Compassion for Psychotherapists (SCIP) offering a combination of therapy and mindful self compassion.
I can offer daytime, evening and weekend sessions virtually or by phone from my private practice.
