About me and my therapy practice
There are times when we may feel overwhelmed or find life difficult . Maybe trying to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks or relationship issues. Sometimes we may want to get to know and understand ourselves more and explore how we really want to live our lives.
Having support from somebody on the outside can help you understand what’s going on and create new ways to think about yourself and your relationships with others.Discovering obstacles that may be holding you back, you can learn to make better choices, feel calmer and more optimistic about your life.
I also provide Mindfulness Based Approaches including MBSR/MBCT for individuals and groups and Mindfulness Based Compassion Approaches.
I can offer daytime,evening and weekend sessions from my private pratice in central Ealing
