About me and my therapy practice

I work online using Zoom and face to face as a counsellor and Integrative psychotherapist. I am also a registered art therapist.

Practice description

The appointments last approximately 50 minutes.

My first session

The first session follows a pattern of getting to know each other. So I will ask assessment questions which will help to focus on the problems.
