About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced, fully-accredited psychotherapist, passionate about supporting my clients in improving their psychological well-being.

I see therapy as a conversation about living, a way of deepening our inner resources, opening up possibilities and, ultimately, becoming more authentically ourselves, leading to a more fulfilling and creative life.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, an in-depth approach, aimed at understanding our inner lives. I am interested in how behavioural and emotional patterns that developed early in life can affect our present; perhaps leading to unhelpful ways of relating towards ourselves and others. Gaining insight into such self-limiting patterns can open up new ways of thinking, and bring about change and personal growth.

My qualifications

I have had extensive training and many years experience of working one-to-one in a therapeutic setting.

I have undertaken post-graduate training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with WPF / Roehampton University, leading counselling and psychotherapy organisations in the UK with a reputation for both clinical and academic excellence.
