About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Sarah and I am fully qualified person-centred therapist. I have an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a fully registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). It is my belief that by providing clients with a safe, accepting and empathic environment I can support you through any of the challenges you may be facing. I offer counselling outdoors and via zoom or phone.
By forming a trusting and confidential relationship we can navigate experiences and feelings that maybe deeply affecting your well-being. Person-centred counselling is a non-directive form of therapy which involves talking through thoughts and experiences in a non-judgemental empathic space.
I offer outdoor walk and talk therapy in the South Lakeland area. We know that green/blue outdoor spaces have great potential to support both physical and mental recovery and healing. Studies show that green spaces promote mental wellbeing and being immersed in nature can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. With a first degree in Ecology, I have always felt a deep connection with the environment and nature promotes wellbeing.

My first session
Booking a session
I offer a 20-minute, initial consultation via zoom to discuss your needs and what you might expect from counselling. If you would like to proceed with counselling, we will schedule a 40 minute zoom consultation to further discuss a session and to arrange a suitable outdoor meeting point based upon your requirements.

40-minute zoom - £35
Per session is £45 per hour. This can vary depending on your individual session requirements.
