About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified supervisor using the 7-eyed model of supervision by Hawkins and Shohet. Working in a person centred way, I also draw upon techniques from other approaches, such as Inner Child, Sandtray and other creative ways of working.
My main areas of work include loss and bereavement, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma.
In addition to working in private practice I also work for a local counselling charity specialising in Bereavement and Loss.
Students and volunteer qualified counsellors receive a 50% discount.
Supervision can take place face to face, online or via telephone.
My rate is £40per hr (£60 per 90mins) with a 50% discount for Students and Volunteer Qualified Counsellors.
The supervisory relationship is a place to explore and reflect on all aspects of your clinical work - whether in private practice or within an organisation. It is an opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge as part of your ongoing CPD in a safe, caring and supportive environment.

My first session
The first session is always free of charge. During the session I will ask for general information including placement/practice details.
During the session we will build an idea of current needs for supervision, go through the supervision contract and any other relevant paperwork, explore areas of focus, ways of working and begin to get to know each other, so that we can build the supervisory relationship.
