About me and my therapy practice
I provide therapy using online video - primarily using Zoom. i use two forms of therapy - Person Centred Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy - and depending on your requirements we might use both or either in a particular session.
Briefly we would use Person Centred Therapy to help you understand what is going on for you and why it affects you the way it does, We would use Solution Focused Therapy to find your desired future and work out steps towards it
I have experience with helping many clients.
My approach is collaborative, these are your sessions and we will discuss what you want to discuss. I am here to listen to you and support you as you work through your issues in a calm, safe and supportive environment.
My first session
Before our first full session we will have a free trial video call for 20 minutes. This will give you experience of using the technology and of talking to me.
There is no charge and no commitment for this trial. Once the trial is complete you can decide if you want to continue working with me or find another therapist.
