About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited Psychotherapist and work integratively. I am also fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). I have lots of experience working with Neurodivergent clients and aim to understand what this means for each individual. I offer supervision to integrative therapists (qualified or trainees), my original modalities are Attachment, Person- Centred and CBT. However, I love learning, and therefore, my approach is also influenced by continuously developing myself and my practice.
Practice description
I work with individuals, couples and supervise those working with adults and couples (for psychotherapy supervision only, EMDR would need to be supervised through an accredited practitioner). I have experience working with a wide variety of presenting problems including eating disorders, relationship difficulties, addiction, low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss of self, self- harm and pain.
