About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals, couples, groups, including school groups, (enhanced DBS held) an I am a qualified supervising counsellor
I use a range of approaches; Counselling, CBT, solution-focused therapy, critical incident debriefing, life coaching, stress/ anxiety reduction and mindfulness.
I can help you build resilience against the things that life throws at us helping you to build a happy and fulfilled life. Therapy will give you the opportunity to take time out, see things from a new perspective and discover the strengths and skills that you have, whilst developing new resources to draw on.
We will work at your pace and you will leave with a range of strategies to enable you to deal with both your current situation and the future.
This is not just a 'talking shop', 97% of clients have six or fewer sessions. You will develop skills to view things differently and understanding your emotional responses, beginning to regain control of them to get you back on track and achieve your goals.
