About me and my therapy practice

I imagine that if you are reading this, you might be facing a challenging time right now. Perhaps you are facing difficulties in your personal relationships, or maybe work is causing you some stress. Maybe you're lacking in confidence and self esteem, or feeling anxious or depressed. Perhaps you have realised that you're isolating or acting self destructively and are ready to make some changes. I work with integrity and compassion, and my focus is to help you explore the concerns and difficulties you are currently experiencing in a safe space and without judgement. I have experience in working with issues such as codependency, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, trauma,  and low self-esteem and my aim is to offer you guidance and support in working through negative beliefs and blocks, and self defeating behaviour that may be holding you back from living the life that you want. I know it takes courage to seek therapy and it's really important to find the right therapist for you, so I'm happy to arrange a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation. Sessions are tailor made to meet your needs, integrating the  therapeutic approaches that will suit you best. I am a qualified therapist and and I specialise in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy. I also have a Masters degree in Addiction Psychology & Counselling at London South Bank University and have trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is very effective with trauma. I am also a qualified life coach. I gained extensive experience working at a leading London private clinic specialising in addiction, eating disorders, trauma and emotional issues. I am also part of the Music Industry Therapist Collective, which works with artists and music industry professionals. As a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy I am bound by the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
