About me and my therapy practice
I provide psychotherapy and counselling in a calm and safe space. My aim is to help you explore the concerns and difficulties that you are experiencing with compassion and empathy in a non-judgemental, confidential environment.
Life can be challenging and most of us at some point experience stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, confusion, anger, sadness and pain. Therapy can help unlock our capacity for positive change and a renewed love of life. I have experience in working with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, trauma, relationship issues and low self-esteem.
I appreciate the courage it takes to seek therapy and the importance of finding the right therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I provide a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation. I provide short or long term therapy, depending on your needs.
I am a qualified therapist and a registered member of the BACP. I have a Masters degree in Addiction Psychology & Counselling at London South Bank University and have trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is very effective with trauma. I am currently undertaking another Masters degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. I am also a qualified life coach.
I gained extensive experience working at Charter Harley Street, a leading private clinic specialising in addiction, eating disorders, trauma and emotional issues. I am also part of the Music Industry Therapist Collective, which works with artists and music industry professionals.
