About me and my therapy practice
I have 18 years of experience as a Gestalt psychotherapist. I am a BACP registered Humanistic Integrative Counsellor.
I accompany young adults and individuals with low self esteem, anxiety, depression, panic attacks and others. I work with minority groups and diversity oriented individuals, entrepreneurs, BAME, LGBTQ, creative minds, entrepreneurs and more. Having a space on which you can express yourself, being listen, having an empathetical feedback, gentle confrontation and contrasting ideas is what I can offer you in my sessions.

I can provide an accepting and safe space for them to explore emotions, thoughts and behaviours, recognising and valuing individuals' uniqueness. Gestalt is my main approach, a clear and effective way of working if you are experiencing sadness, anxiety, stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and others.
I can offer a gentle and warm approach to allow you to feel secure, accepted and valued for who you are, to express yourself and find your own pace in your life.

My first session
Please contact me for a free initial assessment, therapeutical relationship is necessary for your therapeutic process, you need to see if you can trust me enough to share life events that can be painful to revisit. You can also set the pace of session, what would you like to explore and achieve with counselling.
First session: we would explore more in depth your reasons to seek counselling, also you can ask about the type of approach you would like to have. Contracting therapeutically speaking is important and sets the professional boundaries.
