About me and my therapy practice
My practice aims to alleviate clients' distress, promote their well-being and personal resilience. I provide an accepting and safe space for them to explore emotions, thoughts and behaviors, recognizing and valuing individuals' uniqueness.
I can offer a gentle and warm approach to allow you to feel secure, accepted and valued for who you are, to express yourself and find your own pace in your life.
As we work together, I can help you to set your personal goals and explore ways of achieving them.
My first session
Before first session, I can offer you a free 20 minutes telephone consultation to see if I can help you, if we could be a good therapeutic match and to answer any questions you may have.
During our first session, we would explore more in depth your reasons to seek counselling. We will set your goals for therapy, recognizing your personal resources, possible obstacles and ideal outcomes. This can help us to keep focused on what is important for you.
