About me and my therapy practice
If you are feeling anxious, stressed or maybe life feels challenging, then we could work together to help you move forward, in a way that is right for you.
I am here to listen to you and support you in exploring where you are, how you feel and what is going on at a deeper level so that together we truly understand the challenges you face. From that vantage point, we can work together to decide how you want to proceed.
Having qualified 15 years ago I specialise in working with anxiety, stress and discontent in all its forms. As an Integrative therapist I am trained in a broad range of therapies so I can work in a way that is tailored to you.
For me, it is a privileged to be a counsellor, so please feel free to get in touch with me to ask any questions or arrange a time to have a phone conversation. It is important that you can get a feel for me and if my approach is right for you.

My first session
First sessions can be daunting. It is important to know that you are the expert on yourself and I am here to learn about you.
In the first session we will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to get from it and how we might work together.
Counselling is a collaborative process where where we work together to support you as the unique individual that you are.
