About me and my therapy practice

I offer counselling to individuals and have been working in this field for 14 years.

I work with individuals offering short and long term therapy and which is led by th individual.

I specialise in Trauma, Rape, Sexual Abuse, Depression and Anxiety.

I also work with self harm/suicide, eating disorders, addictions, OCD, relationships, shame and guilt and the power of those feelings.

I have many years' experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health concerns and am a trained in managing crisis.

Approaching therapy can be very daunting. I offer support with compassion and kindness, in a non judgmental respectful way, to enable the individual to feel relaxed and trust the process the journey of therapy.

I believe with the right support and understanding,  individuals have the ability to implement change and growth through awareness rather than feeling stuck or bound in suffering of repeating negative patterns.

I believe that "we" are not our circumstances or experiences, but there is much more to us as a whole person. I will help you meet other parts of you that will enable you to feel at ease and free about yourself.  I will also support you to having a kinder relationships with yourself.

I offer face to face, skype, telephone and email counselling to accommodate various needs and difficulties.
