About me and my therapy practice
Supporting both adults and young people who are experiencing difficulties following either a historic or current situation, I have helped in navigating their feelings and situation. Clients have wanted support around many issues including anxiety, depression and loss, to help them be able to function in a more healthy way. Having significant experience in supporting both adults and young people for a wide range of presenting issues, I am able to help people with their needs, feelings and experiences.
Offering a safe and non judgemental space can help clients in a positive way. If you are wanting to gain help and support, I can help with this journey. My goal is to help clients to hear their inner voice and gain trust and empowerment within themselves. Experience of supporting Young People and Adults within Education, Social Care and IAPT services.
