Online sessions via Skype or Zoom are currently available between the hours of 2pm and 7pm, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Face to face sessions will also be available when the pandemic is over and there is no longer any requirement for social distancing.
About me and my therapy practice
I qualified as a Counsellor over 20 years ago and 7 years later added further qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, EFT/Tapping and Life Coaching. In 2016, I also qualified in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and published my Amazon bestseller self-help book 'Your Flight to Happiness: A 7- Step Journey to Emotional Freedom', to share with as many people as possible the lessons I'd learned, to be able to create happiness from within.
I work with each of my clients as the unique and important individuals they are, generally working with the powerful subconscious mind (90-95%) as well as the relatively tiny conscious part (5-10%), to enable them to make fast and lasting changes.
At the root of many surface problems and issues – anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, addictions, cravings, weight issues, relationship problems and much more – lies a feeling of being 'not good enough'. No-one is born feeling this way but as a result of negative childhood experiences and messages, we develop limiting beliefs that lead to unhelpful feelings and habits which hold us back in life.
We compare ourselves to others and often feel inferior, unworthy, unlovable, undeserving – and then subconsciously create self-fulfilling prophecies which reinforce and perpetuate those untrue limiting beliefs.
I specialise in helping people to quickly become aware of what's at the root of their negative feelings and habits. They are then able to release them, change their mindset and set themselves free to feel confident, empowered, and able to create the success and happiness that they desire and deserve.
