Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and it may seem difficult to see a way forward.
I believe in walking alongside you as you make changes at your own pace; not pushing you forward or pulling you along. My approach is person centred, trusting that each person has the ability to heal from within, when in a safe supported relationship.
