About me and my therapy practice

Does a relationship in your life feel like a struggle?

Perhaps you're feeling stuck and unsure what to do.

Maybe things are difficult with your partner or ex, parent or caregiver, colleague, friend, or maybe the relationship you have with yourself is getting you down.  Relationships can be sources of love, support and nourishment but can also cause you to feel anxious, stressed, confused, in pain and in turmoil.

If this is your experience, I can help you. I strongly believe everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard and I've seen how life changing having a safe space to talk things through without judgment can be.

Practice description

I am a qualified counsellor and certified online therapist working with adult clients (18+) based across the UK through secure online platforms and telephone and in person in my Chiswick practice

In our sessions, we will find ways to work together that are tailored to your own unique needs and style. It will be your space to decide what feels important for you to explore and we will go at your pace.

I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds and abilities into my counselling practice.

If what you've read resonates with you, do get in touch with me - I'll be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you have.

My first session

I offer a 15 minute free, no obligations phone or Zoom call which is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for me as your potential counsellor. There will be no pressure whatsoever for you to move forwards unless it feels like the right decision for you.

If you decide to move forwards, in our first session we will go through our counselling agreement together and then look your details and some of your history together. We will then be able to explore whatever it is you wish to bring.

Practice description

We will have our counselling sessions together within beautiful, calm and covid-19 secure rooms in the peaceful area of Chiswick W4, located just off Chiswick High Road and a 7 minute walk from Chiswick Park or Turnham Green tube stations (District Line).

To keep our sessions together safe there are covid-19 precautionary measures in place, and I am fully vaccinated including a booster vaccination. If you prefer online or telephone sessions these are also available.

In our therapy sessions, we will find ways to work together that are tailored to your own unique needs and style. It will be your space to decide what feels important for you to explore and we will go at your pace.

We will explore together your unique experiences, untangling them, finding meaning within them and discovering ways forwards that make sense to you. This will potentially help you to move towards self-healing, self-acceptance and being able to live a freer and happier life.

I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds and abilities into my counselling practice.
