Practice description
How counselling can help
I offer a non-judgmental space where I will listen to you empathically. My approach is humanistic and this means that I believe in our own ability to grow and change and that all aspects of ourselves matter if we are to achieve the change that we want. If you want to know a little bit about my theoretical background it is integrative; a blend of Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I will help identify your goals with you and then walk alongside you with compassion and we can notice together what is helpful to you throughout your journey. This might include recognising unhelpful patterns that keep you from your goals and clearly expressing your needs. If you would like to explore problems creatively I can offer ways that we can achieve this even working online.
