About me and my therapy practice
We all need to reach out to someone at some point in our lives. Finding the right person, or the right type of help can be overwhelming. I offer a free introductory session to help you navigate the choices available to you.
I provide weekly psycho-therapy sessions for adults at a natural health centre in West Oxfordshire. If you need help to understand your feelings, or maybe you need help understanding your lack of feelings altogether, I aim to help you move from a position of 'coping' or barely managing, to a point where you can learn how to live more fully; to enjoy good experiences and accept kindness, and sort out the bad stuff that lurks inside us that might make you believe you are undeserving.
The aims of psychodynamic therapy is to enable you to get in touch with your deeper feelings so you can begin to act with more self-awareness and begin to make real choices is life. I have had a lot of experience with people from many walks of life and have an innate ability to put you at ease. This will help us to progress your treatment and realise your potential to live the full life that we are all born with.
