About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment for my clients to explore and discuss their concerns regarding their emotional and psychological difficulties.
I use an Integrative Approach that allows me to adapt relevant therapy to my clients individual needs. I work in an honest and open manner to achieve a therapeutic relationship built on trust, by empowering my clients to develop a deeper understanding of their life experiences and to create personal and behavioural change.
I see my clients face to face, telephone and Zoom sessions. During the lockdown period I am not seeing client face to face. I am reviewing the government and BACP policy weekly. Any changes will be posted on my website.

My first session
During our first session, we will discuss the way we will work together and this is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have.
We will discuss your concerns and difficulties and also whether you have an outcome you would like to focus on. This isn't always apparently until further sessions.
I am committed to developing a deep understanding of my clients experiences.
