About me and my therapy practice

Hi I'm Adam.

I guess your searching these pages in the hope to find someone to connect with so you can speak in an honest and sincere way about some of the struggles you may be experiencing. A person who will listen and not judge. Someone who will help you find your own way forward.

I am a neuro-affirming counsellor/psychotherapist with experience of working with neurodivergent and neurotypical adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and grief.

As it is important to find a counsellor who is the right fit for you. I have included some information below which tells you more about my practice. I will be more than happy for you to contact me to arrange an initial conversation.

I have a special interest in neurodiversity and I am currently researching and studying at university to learn more about this subject. I also have experience of working with autistic adults.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
