About me and my therapy practice

If you are experiencing difficulties in your life and feel you are out of your depth confidential counselling could be the way to go. An empathetic, therapeutic relationship will provide the right environment to enable you to explore patterns of behaviour. Gaining insight into how you respond in certain situations gives us the freedom to choose to do it differently and the confidence to try. We may not always be able to change situations, however we can change the way we react to them. The results of these changes will be more positive outcomes for us. An experienced Counsellor with a background in Personnel. I have also previously worked with Mind and a cancer charity. I am offering short and long term therapy tailored to individual needs. I also provide Individual Work Related Stress Risk Assessment Forms for Employers when requested.
