About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced Integrative counsellor and coach, I offer a safe place to explore your difficulties in a supportive environment where I maintain confidentiality and a non-judgemental approach. I work in a holistic way to enable you to feel empowered to take control of your own well-being and achieve goals at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
I’ve over 20 years’ experience working with the health and wellbeing field. This includes working with a diverse range of people in the NHS, the University of Liverpool, private and voluntary organisations including Listening Ear Merseyside and Rape and Sexual Abuse (RASA) centre. I'm trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) for group crisis interventions and work as a registered provider for a number of Employee Assistance Programmes.
My model of care is supported by the British Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework. I’m flexible to work short-term or long-term with adults from all walks of life. I’m committed to receiving ongoing supervision and continuing professional development to ensure I provide a high quality service.
My practices are situated in South Liverpool and Liverpool city centre. If you would like to find out more about my services, please feel free to telephone or email and I’ll be happy to discuss your individual needs.
