About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Supervisor, also trained in CBT and psychodynamic therapy. I have published doctoral clinical research in the development of an integrated model of cognitive analytic music therapy which uses clinically effectiveness mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques. I provide a range of treatments tailored to individual needs, following structured assessment and treatment procedures. I have established private practice over ten years at four lovely clinical venues across London: North in Muswell Hill and Crouch End, Central ( Harley Street) and South London, Guys Hospital. I evaluate my practice and listen to your feedback, I have over twenty years of clinical experience specialising in the treatment of men and women working in media,sports, performance arts, the music industry, and I take self-referrals and referrals from leading Psychiatrists in Cancer Care and Private Healthcare for stress related anxiety disorders, depression and I have expertise in trauma treatment.

Availability
During the pandemic I have developed the online services by the Zoom app for individual or group supervision and for which there is a concessionary rate of £75. Sessions are conducted monday to Thursday.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. The latter accreditation involved substantive training and a period of apprenticeship which I fulfilled whilst implementing a randomised controlled trial in an NHS Hospital.(Kellett.et al 2018) I provide CAT supervision groups as an external consultant to NHS Adult Mental Health services and private supervision for therapists via zoom in the Far East, mainland Europe and the United Kingdom.
Practice description
I offer pragmatic supportive and developmental clinical supervision in the cognitive analytic model, this is a relational integrative model. Together we may consider the underlying psychodynamic processes of client presentation, the impact on the therapist and self care as well as parallel process. I developed researched and published a model of music theory called cognitive analytic music therapy . I can help supervises to develop their own style, practice and evidence based services. Further enhancing their range of skills through understanding non-verbal communicative and creative aspects
My first session
Your first session will be 50 minutes in duration.
We will together assess your needs, aspiration and any challenges that you may like to bring. I aim to support and develop your skills, providing a safe space for reflection and tools and techniques. The zoom sessions are conducted entirely confidentially with adherence to EU GDPR data protection.
