 Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

 Postgraduate Certificate in Systemic Practice (Institute of Family Therapy)

 University Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic & Systemic Counselling and Psychotherapy (University of Hull)

 Counselling Young People (Relate Certificate)

 BA (Hons) Social Work, PTTLS, BA Theol.

For the last 15 years I have worked extensively with individuals, families, couples and young people. My approach is integrative which means I draw on a number of therapeutic models to help tackle the complex needs that clients can present with.

I am able to work with families, individuals and couples who are feeling ‘stuck’ and cannot see a way forward. I can be flexible in terms of appointments. I have an interest in attachments which can have a huge effect on how individuals manage their everyday lives.
