Individual Therapy
As an integrative therapist, I am able draw from a range of approaches in which I'm trained, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client.
I am most informed and inspired by training in IFS therapy (Internal Family Systems), somatic trauma approaches (Polyvagal Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Resilience-Informed Therapy) and continue to be guided by a neuroscience and attachment lens.
My approach is warm, flexible and collaborative. I see therapy as a two-way relationship in which the therapist and client are partners. My primary focus is building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe exploring whatever brings them to therapy.
Couples Counselling
In my work with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)—a structured, evidence-based model that helps partners move out of reactive patterns and into deeper emotional connection. EFCT focuses on creating safety in the relationship, so each person can feel seen,

About me and my therapy practice
I offer talking therapy online and in person from my practice rooms in Hackney, London and just outside Woodbridge, Suffolk.
I have been working with individual clients for over 10 years, and more recently have expanded my work to include couples.
Initially trained Integrative therapist, I am able to tailor therapy to the individual needs and circumstances of each client. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and in somatic trauma therapies, integrating the body and nervous system awareness where needed.
In my growing couples practice, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), an evidence-based model grounded in attachment theory. EFCT helps couples recognize and understand their emotional needs and interaction patterns, break negative cycles, and build deeper, more secure connections for a fulfilling and resilient relationship.
My approach is warm, flexible, and neurodiversity-affirming. I am committed to creating an inclusive space that honors and celebrates diverse identities and life experiences. I work to ensure that therapy is accessible and welcoming to all, adapting to different communication styles, pacing, and needs so you feel fully seen, heard, and supported.
I provide short, medium, or long-term therapy tailored to your individual needs and hopes for therapy.
