About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained and experienced counsellor, and I practice from Body and Mind Centre, 162 Acre Lane Ferndale, London, SW2 5UL.
I offer a safe, confidential and respectful space, which enables you to concentrate on your feelings, think about the past and plan for the future. Finding a counsellor or psychotherapist who can understand can feel daunting, and beginning therapy is a huge decision to make. Well done for getting so far – please keep reading.
My approach is integrative, and I believe that each person is unique in how they experience life with its dilemmas, conflicts, traumas, desires, dreams, hopes and aspirations.
My therapeutic approach focuses on the client and helps them find a way of developing their inner-world understanding in a way that does not otherwise feel possible. Together with their external world experience, these developed understandings help provide purpose and meaning in finding a way forward.
