About me and my therapy practice
COVID - 19 update:
following BACP advice on COVID - 19
I am moving my practice online:
all the session will take place via Skype.
In this difficult times I am also offering cheaper sessions to accommodate people who might struggle with payments:
from Monday 23rd March all sessions in price of £35.
I am trained and experienced counsellor and I practice from Tooting Medical Centre.
I offer safe, confidential and respectful space which enables my client to concentrate on their feelings, think about the past and plan for the future. I think that finding a counsellor or psychotherapist who is able to understand can feel daunting and beginning therapy is a huge decision to make. Well done for getting so far – please keep reading.
My approach is integrative and I believe that each person is unique in the way that they experience life with its dilemmas, conflicts, traumas, desires, dreams, hopes and aspirations. My therapeutic approach focuses on the client and to help them find a way of developing understandings of their inner-world in a way that does not otherwise feel possible. These developed understandings, together with their experience of the external world, help provide purpose and meaning in finding a way forward.
