With the different challenges we sometimes have to face, you might find yourself suffering from: Anxiety? Stress? depression? Low self esteem? Grief? Anger? Eating disorder? Trauma, or perhaps existing relational problems which might be magnified and cause you to feel overwhelmed. Whatever your difficulty you don’t need to face it alone. Counselling can help!

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a solid foundation in a variety of theoretical approaches including CBT. These allow me to adapt my way of working to attend to your unique needs.

Whether young or old I will always put you at the centre of the work we do.

The sessions will allow you to explore the things most affecting you in a confidential, respectful, non-judgemental, safe and practical way. I will be there to listen, support you and value all that you are.
