About me and my therapy practice
I aim to offer a warm, caring and safe space in which to explore the issues causing you stress and distress. Working together we will identify goals and develop strategies to reduce the barriers in your life. All work is confidential and based upon the ethical principles set out by the BACP. I adhere to their code of conduct. I receive regular supervision and undertake professional training to ensure the best outcome for my clients. I have extensive experience in areas including; bereavement, loss, guilt, anger, anxiety and depression, also, self harm, suicide, cancer miscarriage and termination as well as relationship and work issues and redundancy. I have worked for the IAPTs service in Coventry as well as in bereavement counselling in Solihull.
I offer Supervision to counselling practitioners, volunteers and students. We can work together to ensure ethical practice and guidance, whether for your regulatory body, educational or other organisation, for the best outcome for the client and your own needs.
