Availability
I see clients Tuesday to Friday, plus Tuesday/Wednesday evenings.
My availability changes as clients come and go, so if you would like to work with me I feel confident that we can find a time that works.
About me and my therapy practice
I work with Autistic, Highly Sensitive and other neurodivergent people, with those who love them (parents, siblings, partners, friends) and with anyone exploring their neuro-identity. In a world where so much focus is on what is ‘normal’ I support you with compassion, validating your experiences and affirming your needs.
You may have lost touch with yourself, or struggle to find your place. You may have been in a relationship which has taken it out of you in some way. You may want to feel better about yourself, more resilient or positive; to work out who you are or where you’re going. Or you may simply want someone to talk to at a difficult time.
Practice description
I will support you with curiosity, deep listening and empathy. I can help you make connections, holding the space as you explore your experiences. Depending on what suits you best we may work with metaphor or visual imagery, or notice how you hold things in your body. We may work through a CBT exercise. Or we may ‘simply’ talk!
My first session
Finding the right therapist can be daunting. Contact me to book a free 20-minute call. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether how I work might suit you. There is no commitment to have therapy with me: this is a chat about what might be helpful for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel like you are battling something? It may be anxiety or depression; anger or regret; a difficult relationship; a memory, grudge or sense of somehow being ‘wrong’. It may be that you find yourself repeating negative patterns of behaviour or thought, or your responses take you by surprise. You may fear talking to others about your struggles, thinking they are unreasonable or that no-one can help. I will support you with curiosity and compassion as you explore your experiences and make connections. Together we can create space for you to reflect and reconnect with yourself, without the shadows.
Practice description
We can work towards releasing some of the thoughts that haunt you, finding more motivation, focus or energy for the people and projects you choose to focus on. Depending on what suits you best we may work with metaphor or visual imagery, or notice how you hold things in your body. We may work through a CBT exercise or do some creative work. Or we may ‘simply’ talk!
