About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is one way to explore your emotions with the support of someone who is not going to judge you and is going to see the situation from your perspective and support you to change things. If your emotional well being is important to you and you want to make some changes in your life, then counselling can be a way to do this.
My specialist areas are working with recent and historic rape and sexual violence and also young people.
I am experienced working with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, low self esteem and abuse issues. I also work with children and young people who are experiencing a range of issues.
I am a qualified, accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor and I practice from a Humanistic/Eclectic approach, which allows me to put the client at the centre of the counselling process, working with you to help you put your emotional well being first.
