Hello, I am Aimee. I am a co founder of Revive Counselling & Psychotherapy. I offer friendly, safe, and supportive counselling and therapy for individuals. I am here to listen to you, to try and understand whatever you're facing, and to help you work out your own best way of dealing with anything which life throws at you.

Life can be difficult in many ways, and we can all feel lost, or stuck, or overwhelmed. Sometimes bad things have happened in our lives or we have to suddenly deal with big changes or hard decisions. It can be lonely not knowing who to turn to, not wanting to worry others, or being anxious of judgements from others because of what you are experiencing or feeling. Counselling is a way of sharing the struggle with someone who genuinely cares about you, and who can be by your side as you work things out.

​I believe that people can work out their own solutions when they're in the best situation. Just like plants grow naturally when they have good soil, water, and sunlight without anyone bossing them around - in the same way we want to offer you a space where you can feel understood, accepted, valued, and respected so that you can naturally grow and develop too.

Whether it takes a few weeks, a few months, or even longer for you to feel back on top of the situation, I'd love to be there for you so it doesn't feel like you have to manage all on your own. Together, I will help you work out your own solutions, and trust you to be able to find the answers which are right for you.

If you have an emotional difficulty that feels too much to face alone, having a safe space for you to explore these struggles can help them feel more manageable.

The therapy room is a situated on the second floor of Soverign House on Park Gate high-street. It is easily accessible via a range of transport, whilst also offering comfort and privacy. The room itself offers spacious and comfortable seating being delicately decorated with calming tones. 

There is ample parking outside of the office, up to 2 hours free parking spaces along the high-street. There is also a large car park directly opposite the office.

The office is located a few minutes walk away from Swanwick train station.
