I have availability for face to face counselling at a private room in Epsom Library, and can also offer online or telephone counselling. Let me know what would work best for you...
About me and my therapy practice
Losing someone close to you can make you feel you're on a rollercoaster of guilt, anger, despair - or maybe all three at once. But you don't have to go through this alone.
Together, we can explore and unravel your difficult thoughts, and help you to gain clarity, and a sense of calm. I promise to listen, and never judge.
I know it can seem daunting to take that first step towards getting help - but do give me a call and we can have a chat.
Practice description
I am a person-centred counsellor, and worked for a bereavement counselling service for three years, including during the Covid pandemic. I have also worked in carers centres and on charity helplines over the last 12 years.

I charge £50 for 50-minute assessment and counselling sessions.
