About me and my therapy practice
I work with a unique combination of eastern and western approaches - I place equal emphasis on mind and body health and explore healthy lifestyle options with a view to reaching a happy and healthy life.
My therapeutic work involves a combination of Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Analytic, and Gestalt therapy. My key emphasis is on empathy, genuineness, warmth and acceptance.
I treat everyone as a unique being who needs a unique blend of approaches to help them. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship helps people to find their own resources and inner strengths.
I also provide CBT combine with talking therapy which in my experience is much more effective.
I am a BACP registered counsellor - Register number 101539.
Session duration: individual 50 minutes (£80) - Couples 1 hour (£120)

My first session
How it works:
To book a session please email or ring me. I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
Each session is 55 minutes long. In our first session, I will explain confidentiality matters, answer your questions regarding the process and explain my approach in more detail. After this, we will move on to your issues. We will explore these issues in depth and analyse how they may be impacting your daily life, work, relationships and your general well being. We will be adopting a 360 degree approach in order to gain a holistic understanding of the issues. This process will give me a true picture of you as an individual, allowing me to create a tailored plan.
