About me and my therapy practice
I provide you with a safe and confidential space in which I encourage you to be yourself. I want to connect to you and your story and to understand your experience. You may find yourself constantly worrying or feeling sad. My role is to support you through your challenges. I want you to feel comfortable being who you are and to have the confidence to move forward.
I am a qualified psychotherapist who works with a wide range of issues. As an integrative psychotherapist, I combine a number of therapeutic models to provide a specific response to your needs. In your therapeutic journey, I will be engaging with you and helping you progress at a pace that is comfortable for you. With understanding and encouragement, we will make a plan to help you meet your personal needs and to achieve your personal goals. I offer therapy in person and online.
